Saudi Arabia has become a global leader in mediating conflicts. It has established an independent role mediating relations between the United States and Russia over the Ukrainian War and facilitating the release of Ukranian and Russian prisoners of war. It has also established a regional Contact group to pursue a post-Gaza War strategy, and has hosted world leaders in Riyadh to advance these efforts. Meanwhile, the Kingdom's economy remains robust, with sustained growth and successful diversification to non-oil sectors.
